Terms of Use & Service Agreement

MyCDP ("we", "us", "our") provides Presentation Website Packages specifically designed for micro and small businesses. This service includes:

• Custom presentation website design and development
• 12 months of web hosting service
• Domain name registration (.com, .net or .org) for 1 year
• SSL security certificate installation
• Basic business email setup
• Custom logo design
• Starter SEO optimization for 5 keywords
• 3 free design revisions during the development process

Payment Terms: The €195 setup fee is due upon order placement. The €99 annual renewal fee will be charged automatically after the initial 12-month period unless cancellation is requested at least 30 days before renewal.

Free Services Clarification: The term "free" applies only to the specific services listed in Section 1. Any services, features, or work not explicitly described as included in the €195 package are NOT free and will incur additional charges as outlined above.

Our website development follows a structured 4-demo revision process:

1. Demo 1: Initial design based on your requirements
2. Demo 2: Refinements based on your feedback
3. Demo 3: Further adjustments
4. Demo 4: Final version for approval

Free Revisions: The package includes exactly 3 free revisions total during the entire 4-demo process. This means you can request changes during Demos 1-3 without additional cost.

Additional Revisions: Any revision requests beyond the 3 included free revisions will be billed at €50 per revision. This includes:

• Changes requested after Demo 3 approval
• Additional design modifications beyond the agreed scope
• Content changes beyond the initial 2-hour content update allowance

77-Hour Launch Guarantee: To qualify for our 77-hour launch guarantee, you must provide feedback on each demo within 1 hour of receiving it. Delays in feedback will extend the project timeline proportionally.

Included Support: After your website goes live, you receive:

• 1 free update/revision every 12 months
• Basic hosting and domain management
• Security monitoring and SSL certificate renewal

Additional Support: For additional updates, maintenance, or changes:

• Basic updates start at €50 per update
• Content updates beyond initial 2 hours: €50/hour
• Major design changes: Quoted separately based on scope

Annual Renewal: The €99 annual fee covers:

• Continued web hosting services
• Domain name renewal
• SSL certificate renewal
• Basic security updates
• 1 free annual update

To maintain the €195 price point, our service explicitly excludes:

• E-commerce functionality: No shopping carts, payment processing, or inventory management systems
• Custom web applications: No booking systems, member areas, complex databases, or custom software development
• Ongoing content creation: No blog writing, social media management, or regular content updates beyond initial setup
• Advanced SEO services: No ongoing SEO campaigns, link building, or advanced ranking services beyond initial setup
• Product limitations: Maximum 10 products/services can be showcased

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to demo reviews within reasonable timeframes (preferably within 1 hour for 77-hour guarantee)
• Make final decisions and provide clear feedback
• Understand that the service is for presentation websites only
• Make timely payments as outlined in Section 2
• Back up your own content regularly

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of our design templates and proprietary systems until final payment is received, after which you receive a license to use the design for your business.

By placing an order with MyCDP, you acknowledge and agree to:

• All terms and conditions outlined in this document
• The 4-demo revision process with 3 free revisions included
• That additional revisions are €50 each
• The €99 annual renewal fee after 12 months
• The service limitations and exclusions in Section 5
• Our refund and cancellation policy (available separately)

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Current clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
