MyCDP ("we", "us", "our") provides Presentation Website Packages specifically designed for micro and small businesses. This service includes:
IMPORTANT: Our service is strictly limited to presentation websites. We do NOT provide e-commerce functionality, custom web applications, booking systems, member areas, or complex databases.
Payment Terms: The €195 setup fee is due upon order placement. The €99 annual renewal fee will be charged automatically after the initial 12-month period unless cancellation is requested at least 30 days before renewal.
Free Services Clarification: The term "free" applies only to the specific services listed in Section 1. Any services, features, or work not explicitly described as included in the €195 package are NOT free and will incur additional charges as outlined above.
Our website development follows a structured 4-demo revision process:
Free Revisions: The package includes exactly 3 free revisions total during the entire 4-demo process. This means you can request changes during Demos 1-3 without additional cost.
Additional Revisions: Any revision requests beyond the 3 included free revisions will be billed at €50 per revision. This includes:
77-Hour Launch Guarantee: To qualify for our 77-hour launch guarantee, you must provide feedback on each demo within 1 hour of receiving it. Delays in feedback will extend the project timeline proportionally.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of our design templates and proprietary systems until final payment is received, after which you receive a license to use the design for your business.
